Det börjar kännas som en vana – torsdag och dags för kvällsvandring. Att skapa en ny vana kan vara både svårt och utmanande, alltför ofta faller det i glömska det man tänkt hålla i. Vi konstaterade idag att vi inte en enda gång känt att vi inte vill gå ut. Även om det kan kännas stressigt på morgonen när jag inser att jag inte lagt fram och förberett kläder och skor kvällen innan som jag tänkt. Men det är så lätt att fånga den underbara känslan jag upplever där ute i naturen. Då är det helt ok att snabbt slänga ner det som behövs för att få till en vandring efter jobbet.
Denna kväll började vi vid naturreservatet strax söder om Bjärka Säby och avslutade några timmar senare i Hovetorp. Stressen rinner av oss för varje steg vi tar, tankarna lugnar ned sig och snart känner vi oss som ett med naturen. Den sköna kravlösheten, att bara vara här och nu.
Sträckan är vacker med mycket närhet till vatten. Vi kom iväg ovanligt sent, men med ljusa kvällar så gör det inget. Tänk för några månader sen, då var det mörkt tidigt… alltid lika svårt att förstå nu när det är ljust. Det är charmen med våra årstider! Påminn mig gärna när jag börjar klaga över mörkret i höst…
Ser nu fram mot att krypa till kojs, påfylld med energi av vandring i vår alldeles underbara natur! / China
